OUR HONEYMOON

Kyle and I had such a great time in Cancun

It all went by so fast, and we already want to go back!

We got to our resort at about 6 p.m. got all checked in and went and ate at one of the many restaurants there. 

The next day, which was Sunday, we went and booked a couple of activities to do throughout the week.

Including an 80 min. couples massage for later that day. 

The spa was awesome and our massages were incredible.

Even Kyle enjoyed it and now he knows why I love the spa

I seriously could have spent the whole week there

On Monday we went on a tour to Coba where the last Mayan pyramid that you can climb is located.

After the pyramid we went and ate at a little Mayan village.

 Their population there is 41 and consists of 7 families.

The house they live in are tiny and they sleep in hammocks 

Next time I go to Cancun I am going to take a box of toys to the cute kids that were there and don't have much. This tour definitely made us realize all that I am blessed with. We are so lucky

Then we went swimming in a fresh water pond

it was a fun adventurous day

We worked out a couple times and went running
Which was great otherwise we would have gained 20 lbs. each!
We ate so much food and drank pina colada after pina colada
So we are happy to say that either of us gain weight :)

We ate those everyday by the pool

This is a cenote, which is a fresh water pool

 We took one day and went snorkeling to 3 different spots
this being one of them along with the ocean 
and a cave

The water was so clear you could see to the bottom in the cave

They had 6 different restaurants 

So we got to go on a date every night 
and NEVER had to worry about the bill, because they were all included

The Japanese restaurant was our favorite
We love sushi and had so much fun at the Teppan Grill

We loved laying out at the pool everyday

And even though we didn't swim in the ocean
we went on a walk and loved just laying out listening to the waves

We had a very fun romantic time on our honeymoon
And we were happy to be able to go and make memories together
I'm happy to say I am even MORE in love with Kyle than before we went
